Lea Salonga revealed in her recent Inquirer article that she ranked Shamcey Supsup 2nd to the winner Miss Angola, during her judging stint in Miss Universe 2011. Lea Salonga became the fifth Filipino to sit as one of the judges in the Miss Universe pageant.
