FIRST OF ALL MAKE SURE ON FIREFOX 5+ YOU ENABLED THE ADDON TOOLBAR FROM FIREFOX MENU->OPTIONS.

After installation you will see a red Q in the bottom-right corner of the browser.
Right click the Q to open up the menu. Here you can select the desired video quality on which you would like to view all your videos from now on.


This is very useful since YouTube don't yet have such an option in their preferences (dooooh :) )

Check for latest version by clicking "View all versions" at the bottom of the page.
